SKILLS

All EMS service personnel are appropriately trade qualified and licensed with in excess of 7 years average industry experience. All staff have OH&S General Induction (construction work) and relevant certification for operation of plant equipment such as elevated work platforms.

Office skills include Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, CAD design, PLC programming, Training, Service and Project management. Where required, consultant engineers are available for certification.

EXPERIENCE

Our staff retention is high, some as long as 20 years, which ensures that Experience is retained and grows with the company and is shared amongst all of the team, as a result almost all of our staff are multi-skilled. This is especially important on breakdowns as the cause is unknown; each serviceman can assess the problem from the remote control to the electrics & mechanics and know who in the team to call if assistance is needed. The EMS team is linked by modern computer tablet technology that lets them communicate with the office and each other as well as having reference manuals at their disposal.
